It is made with a water-resistant shell that helps shed light rain, drizzle and showers during everyday outings — commuting, walking the dog, shopping. It is not rated to a specific waterproof level and is not built for heavy, driving rain, prolonged storms or submersion; in very wet weather a dedicated rain shell or umbrella is still advisable, and water may eventually find its way through seams or the closure under sustained exposure.

It comes in S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL with a relaxed, layer-friendly cut. Please measure your bust and waist and compare them with the size chart before ordering rather than choosing by your usual letter size alone. If you fall between sizes, carry weight in the bust or shoulders, or plan to wear thick knitwear underneath, we recommend one size up.

Yes. Two drawcords at the sides of the waist let you cinch the jacket in for a defined silhouette or wear it loose — a big part of why it looks more flattering than a straight raincoat. The attached hood also has two drawcords to tighten it around your face, and the front closes with a zipper plus a press-stud placket.

The jacket has a plaid-pattern lining visible along the front placket and inside the hood; the body is a smooth, lightweight woven-feel shell. It's a transitional, light-to-mild-weather layer rather than a padded winter coat, though it layers easily over jumpers. It's available in Ivory White, Black, Wine Red, Violet, Pink, Army Green and Blue. Swatches and photos are a guide; slight shade differences can occur because of screen settings, lighting and production batches, and the plaid lining is the coordinating red-and-neutral pattern shown.
