Measure the outer width across the front of your sofa, from the outside edge of one armrest to the outside edge of the other — include the arms, not just the seat cushions. Match that number to a range above, and if it sits close to the upper end of a range, or anywhere near the 140/145, 180/185 or 230/235 cm boundaries, choose the next size up. Stretch fabric handles a little extra, but a too-small cover cannot be made to reach.

This is a one-piece cover designed for a standard single sofa with two armrests. It generally does not work on recliners with moving mechanisms, sectional/L-shaped couches, armless sofas, or sofas with built-in cup holders or very tall, chunky arms — those need purpose-made covers. When unsure, check your arm-to-arm width and sofa style against the guide before ordering.

The stretch knit is cut to hug the sofa and the gathered skirt helps weigh the base down. The key is tucking the extra fabric firmly into the gaps around the seat and arms during fitting. After the first few sits, simply re-tuck any edges that loosen. Because it is a pull-on fabric cover (not individually zipped cushions), a small amount of re-smoothing is normal — particularly on very smooth leather sofas.

It adds a protective, washable layer against pet hair, muddy paws and everyday spills, which is why many pet owners like it. However, it is not scratch- or chew-proof against determined claws and teeth, and the fabric is not waterproof — wipe and wash promptly rather than letting liquid soak through. For heavy scratchers, a pet-specific cover may be a better choice.

The package contains one all-in-one sofa cover only — separate cushion covers, pillow/throw-pillow covers and foam tucking rollers are not included; any extra fabric is simply tucked into the seams. To care for it, remove and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors, then line or tumble dry low. Do not bleach and do not iron, to protect the stretch and the print.
