Sedan or SUV size — which do I need?
Measure the outside of your windshield including the frame. The sedan cover is about 145 × 113 cm and suits most regular cars; the enlarged 160 × 116 cm version suits SUVs. If your measurement is close to the limit, choose the larger size for fuller coverage.
Will the magnets scratch my paintwork?
The magnets sit within the padded fabric and rest against the body through the material rather than touching bare metal directly. Keep both the cover edge and the car clean and wipe off trapped grit, since abrasion comes from dirt rubbed between surfaces, not from the magnets themselves.
Will it blow off in strong wind?
The nine magnets hold the edges down and the adjustable strap anchors the cover against gusts. Fit the mirror pockets and tighten the strap fully. In very exposed, storm-force conditions no lightweight cover is guaranteed, so use extra care and common sense.
Does it work in summer and is it waterproof?
Yes. Turn the silver reflective side outward in hot weather to help shade the glass and keep the cabin a little cooler; in winter it sheds snow, frost and rain. The outer is made to shed water and light rain, but it is a parking cover, not a sealed waterproof tarp, and prolonged driving rain may still seep at the edges.
Will it fit if my car has an aluminum or plastic body?
Magnets only attach to ferrous metal. Most windshield frames and roof edges are steel, but if yours are aluminum, plastic or composite, the magnets will not grip — rely on the mirror pockets and windproof strap instead, or check your body panels before ordering.
